It is already widely used in sectors such as rail, energy and construction, and has high social value. As a consultant, you will work to monitor and improve the quality of this scheme and ensure that it grows. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span data-contrast=\"auto\">What will you do?<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">As Consultant Safety Culture Ladder, you are the link between stakeholders, processes and project goals. Your tasks are multifaceted and challenging:<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Market analysis and advice: u <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Monitors market developments and advises stakeholders on trends and opportunities.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Stakeholder management: you identify and involve parties with an interest in the SCL.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Project management: you are responsible for<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">You support the application of the SCL standard.<span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span>or supervising various projects under the SCL.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">You ensure harmonisation association?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">How does it ensure that information on the SCL is easy to read and apply for everyone?<\/span><\/li>\n<li>You will help organise events.<\/li>\n<li>You will make presentations to and conduct interviews with potential stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>You will prepare meetings, provide agendas and minutes, and monitor the progress of
