Alors que le SCL est d\u00e9j\u00e0 largement utilis\u00e9 dans les secteurs de la construction, de l'infrastructure, de l'\u00e9nergie et du rail, les agences d'int\u00e9rim et de d\u00e9tachement peuvent d\u00e9sormais obtenir la certification. Cela signifie qu'elles peuvent prouver \u00e0 leurs clients que la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, la sant\u00e9 et l'int\u00e9gration prudente sont structurellement int\u00e9gr\u00e9es \u00e0 leurs m\u00e9thodes de travail.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pourquoi la certification SCL est-elle utile aux agences de recrutement et de d\u00e9tachement ?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Confiance accrue des clients gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une culture de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de la sant\u00e9 dont la solidit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9e.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Meilleure comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 dans les appels d'offres et les collaborations \u00e0 long terme.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Renforcer l'organisation interne en mettant l'accent sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, la sant\u00e9 et l'int\u00e9gration.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Pour que les audits des agences de recrutement et de d\u00e9tachement soient clairs et \u00e9quitables, le Comit\u00e9 d'experts (CdE) a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de la mani\u00e8re de d\u00e9terminer le nombre de jours d'audit (jours-homme). Cette m\u00e9thode tient compte de la structure unique du personnel :<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Pour les agences de travail temporaire, l'audit porte \u00e0 la fois sur le personnel de bureau et sur le nombre de travailleurs temporaires actifs.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Pour les agences de d\u00e9tachement, le personnel de bureau et le nombre de salari\u00e9s effectivement employ\u00e9s sont pris en compte.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Les entretiens avec le personnel de l'agence et les d\u00e9tach\u00e9s ont lieu dans les bureaux de l'agence.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">L'int\u00e9gration des employ\u00e9s flexibles est examin\u00e9e au cours de l'audit afin de s'assurer qu'ils sont bien pr\u00e9par\u00e9s \u00e0 commencer leur travail.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Les nouvelles lignes directrices s'appliqueront \u00e0 partir du 1er juillet 2025. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\"><strong>R\u00e8glement transitoire<br \/>\n<\/strong>Pour les missions d'audit en cours, une disposition transitoire s'applique. <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Afin d'appliquer la certification de mani\u00e8re \u00e9quitable et efficace, le <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Comit\u00e9 d'experts (CoE)<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> \u00e9tablira comment les audits des agences de travail temporaire et de d\u00e9tachement seront mis en place. Cela tient compte de la structure sp\u00e9cifique du personnel de ces agences.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Pour l'\u00e9tendue de l'audit (le nombre de jours-hommes), la taille de l'organisation (en nombre d'ETP) est le point de d\u00e9part. Et cela n'est pas la m\u00eame chose pour une agence de travail temporaire que pour une organisation \"ordinaire\".
