Customised training courses for organisations

We also offer customised training courses for organisations that want to refresh and/or deepen their knowledge and skills; your learning wishes and goals are always key in these courses. We start by scheduling a personal intake meeting with you to identify your organisation’s wishes and select a suitable teacher, who will decide on the exact programme with you. You decide where the training course takes place: at your office or an inspiring location elsewhere. After the training course, you and your colleagues will have the concrete tools you need to apply the SCL correctly.

Quality guarantee

All our teachers have long-standing experience of working with the Safety Culture Ladder. They often also have a normalisation background. This enables them to connect theory with practice and also means they are up-to-date on all the latest developments.

After completing a training course, you will receive an attendance certificate. This demonstrates your attainment of a satisfactory level of knowledge about the Safety Culture Ladder.

The NEN Academy

If you are going to do a training course at NEN, you will be given access to The NEN Academy, our online learning environment. An introductory e-learning course is mandatory for some SCL training courses. This course is included in the price, ensures that you are well-prepared and can be completed online three weeks before the physical training course starts.
