Improving safety culture with Learn2BSafe
Learn2BSafe helps organisations to develop a health and safety culture in line with the principles of the Safety Culture Ladder. We teach you how to embed safety systematically into everyone’s day-to-day work. We work closely with our clients across a wide range of sectors to make health and safety tangible, open to discussion and measurable.
Learn2BSafe is an initiative by Hepke van der Weg and Paul van Daal. Two enthusiastic and experienced experts who have joined forces in their mission to improve the safety culture within organisations.
For many clients, we provide support throughout the entire process of developing, improving and embedding a safety culture. However, you can also engage us for one or more of the following specific areas:
Baseline measurement
Where does the organisation stand in relation to its level of ambition? And what steps are needed to reach the desired level? We map it all out using a baseline assessment.
Development and improvement
Together with the organisation, we develop initiatives and interventions to achieve the desired level of ambition. And we help to implement them.
Follow-up measurements
Developing a safety culture is not a one-off project, but an ongoing process of learning and improvement. Internal audits are ideally suited to assessing whether the improvements implemented are actually having an effect. We teach organisations how to carry out these internal audits themselves. However, it is also possible to leave the implementation to us.
