Thoon Organisatieadvies helps companies to operate in a reliable, efficient and effective manner, whilst minimising their environmental impact. We also help companies to ensure appropriate working conditions, so that work can be carried out safely. And, of course, we help companies to continuously improve their performance in these areas.

We do this by supporting companies in developing their organisational culture and management systems. To this end, we use methodologies that have proven to be effective. We start by listening to the issues within the organisation and identifying its specific needs. We investigate, advise, coach, carry out audits and inspections, provide training and offer guidance. In addition, we can step in to cover for an employee who is absent.

Thoon Organisatieadvies assists companies with certification to (among others) ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, the Safety Culture Ladder (SCL) and/or VCA. As we are thoroughly familiar with the requirements of these standards, as well as the relevant legislation and regulations and their underlying purpose, we are able to apply them in the most practical way possible.

Experience with SCL and safety culture:

• We sat on the NEN SCL expert committee and contributed to the drafting of SCL 2.0;
• We have helped various companies achieve their SCL certification;
• We deliver various SCL training courses for NEN and have contributed to the development of these courses;
