At Prevent, we believe that safety doesn’t start with procedures, but with people.
We help organisations to make safety culture a tangible reality in the workplace: through behaviour, dialogue and concrete actions.

As a knowledge partner for the Safety Culture Ladder, we translate the standard into what actually works in practice. No theoretical programmes or tick-box exercises, but an approach that engages staff and fosters a sense of ownership.

We always start by assessing the existing safety culture: how are people currently thinking about and acting on safety? Based on these insights, we set to work together with the organisation. Working collaboratively with staff and managers, we develop improvement measures step by step that are tailored to the reality on the shop floor.

Specifically, we support organisations with:

• mapping and analysing the safety culture;
• supporting SCL projects from analysis through to implementation;
• coaching managers and strengthening safety leadership;
• engaging staff through safety days and interactive sessions.
