Are you a Trainer interested in delivering the training course "Internal safety awareness testing with the SCL": NEN SCL offers Educators two routes
Working safely starts with behaviour. NEN Safety Culture Ladder has developed a training course to help organisations (5 to 50 employees) helps embed safety awareness. The training course titled 'Internal security awareness 'Testing with the SCL' is part of the SCL products 'SA' and 'SCL Light for small organisations' in The Netherlands. Until 1 October 2025, only NEN SCL offered this training. At the same time, we wanted to prevent knowledge and execution stuck with one party. Our starting point is an open and healthy market, with clear quality assurance. That is why we offer two clear choices: a licence package and working with only the final terms.

- Encouraging open market operation
By making learning outcomes freely available, we make room for multiple trainers. This increases choice, encourages innovation and ensures fair prices. - Securing quality visibly
Safety is too important to be left to chance. With a licence package, we ensure that content, didactics and topicality are demonstrably in line with the SCL principles. Learning outcomes also ensure that training courses not covered by the licence fall for a minimum and testable quality base. - Comparability and reliability
Whether a participant opts for licensed or attainment-based training, the learning outcomes are clear and comparable. This makes decision-making easier and boosts confidence in SCL. - Timeliness and continuous improvement
Security insights are evolving. Licensees receive verified materials, updates and alerts of changes. Those working with attainment targets commit to the same learning objectives and remain responsible for timely update. - Accessibility for any context
Some Educators want maximum security and recognition (logo, materials, e-learning and updates). Others deliberately choose more design freedom within clear frameworks. With two routes, we connect to both needs.
