We combine in-depth knowledge of SCL with expertise in behavioural and organisational development. We take a holistic approach to safety by considering the individual, team and organisational levels, with a focus on physical, social and psychological safety.

Our approach is practical, focused and people-centred. No lengthy reports that end up gathering dust in a drawer, but insights that provide direction. This makes working on safety a matter of course and an integral part of day-to-day practice.

It is important that safety is supported by the entire organisation. That is why we are strengthening internal knowledge and ownership, so that safety is embedded within the organisation on a long-term basis.

SCL baseline measurements and progress measurements

We assess where your organisation stands and what that means in practice. In doing so, we look beyond the score and analyse the patterns and (leadership) dynamics that influence the current level.

Behavioural and cultural audits

In addition to the safety system, we are investigating how safety is actually experienced and put into practice. Through observations and interviews, we are identifying the underlying dynamics and formulating targeted areas for development.

We provide support in translating audit findings into concrete steps for improvement, with a focus on ensuring they are sustainably embedded in day-to-day practice.

Training courses in safety leadership and a culture of openness

We empower leaders, ambassadors and teams to lead the conversation on safety, through exemplary behaviour, a sense of ownership and mutual accountability.

Training of internal auditors

We train internal auditors to look beyond the checklist and engage in dialogue on the shop floor. By assessing actual behaviour rather than paperwork, they make safety a shared responsibility. In this way, we transform auditing from a control tool into a driver of ownership.

Preparation for and support with external audits

We assist organisations in preparing for external audits, so that they can demonstrate what has been developed and put in place.
