Our role as an SCL Knowledge Partner
As a knowledge partner of NEN, we remain closely involved in developments relating to safety
Culture Ladder. We share our practical experiences with NEN and other knowledge partners and contribute
drawing on our day-to-day consultancy work, we contribute to the further development and application of the SCL.
We believe this link between theory and practice is important. After all, a standard only becomes
value when organisations can work with it.
Our approach is practical, personalised and results-oriented. We do not offer a programme that focuses solely on
not on obtaining a certificate, but on an approach in which the SCL is used as a tool
to genuinely improve safety.
