Eagle’s Flight Benelux

Partner in Safety Culture

Raising safety awareness requires more than just knowledge of the standard; it requires a visible shift in attitude and behaviour. Eagle’s Flight Benelux supports organisations in implementing, maintaining and further developing the Safety Culture Ladder (SCL).

Expert Guidance on SCL Certification

Drawing on in-depth expertise in the audit process (including for Aboma and Normec), Eagle’s Flight Benelux offers tailored support to organisations that take safety seriously. Our services are designed to translate the abstract requirements of the ladder into concrete results. We provide support with:

  • Interpretation & Implementation: To clarify the SCL standard and integrate it into day-to-day operations.
  • Support throughout the programme: Structured support towards certification, with a focus on ensuring a successful audit experience.
  • Belaying & Climbing: Strategic interventions to maintain current positions or take a targeted step up the ladder.

Making behavioural change fun through game-based learning

To make a real impact on Steps 3 and 4, where culture and intrinsic motivation are the deciding factors, Eagle’s Flight Benelux specialises in Game-Based Learning workshops and training courses. These business games and workshops are scalable and are also suitable for events such as safety days involving large groups. Using these games results, amongst other things, in:

  • Collective Awareness: A shared experience that immediately puts safety at the forefront across all levels of the organisation.
  • Increased Motivation: Safe behaviour is encouraged through interaction, competition and reflection in a safe learning environment.
  • A culture of feedback: People call each other out on unsafe behaviour, guided by a positive attitude and a shared aim to prevent unsafe situations and (potential) accidents
  • A strong culture of reporting: People report accidents, incidents, unsafe situations and actions, even if these have already been resolved. They do this because they understand how it helps the organisation to identify trends, learn and improve. For levels 4 and 5, we also focus on reporting positive initiatives and interventions relating to safety.
  • Think first, then act: It is a common human pitfall to act first and think later. Our game-based training activities allow people to experience this in a fun and safe environment, making them more inclined in practice to pause and reflect before
